If joining a replacement game, you're rating is unaffected and the game result is not counted in your stats, regardless of the result of the game.
I joined game #30322 a few months ago.
You can find it at this link: http://www.boiteajeux.net/jeux/dix/partie.php?id=30322
Yesterday evening the game has ended, and as you can see, I won it by a substantial margin.
However, I didn't won any rating points. I also wasn't awarded with a win in my Dixit stats.
Nevertheless, I played all turns (I joined the game at the first turn and I still had to play that turn).
So to me it's a little unfair I got awarded nothing.
I agree it would be a totally different story if I joined late in the game.
Then it's very reasonable the game result isn't counted and you're rating is unaffected.
Because then the game result largely depends on play of the original player, and obviously the replacement player can't change much about that.
My question: Is it be possible to cancel the rule mentioned in the first sentence of my post, if the replacement player played all turns?
So the result of the game counts (win or loss) and rating is adjusted like always?
I understand it will be very difficult to change the result of game #30322, but maybe this can be changed for future games?
