Tie-breaker should be fixed

According to the official rule,
tie-breaker is "who has fewer empty hexes",
and I just lost a tie game with fewer hexes,
is there any chance to fix that ?

Did you search about this topic in the forum before your post ?
At least you must give a game number if you want some help.

We don't need the game number as there is nothing to be fixed here on the site.
What should been fixed are the English and French translation of the German rules.
The German rules says exactly the opposite about the tiebreaker as the translated rules do.
And it's a German game of a German author, so the German rules are official.

" In the case of a tie, the winning player is the tied player with the most empty estate spaces" is the official ruling.
